So I have started the build I have been planning for the last year. I know that seems like a lot of time planning but I have two small kids which makes free time very limited.
So let me walk you through the hardware. I am building a HERMS system out of kegs that I have purchased. So I will have a little under 15 gallons of brewing capacity.
I am going to be running a 240vac electric system that will be controlled from an all in one Product from Redlion which is their graphite series HMI which has expansion Modules that give it fully functional PLC/HMI combo which I think is really cool. no dealing with external coms modules or anything like that. I will be adding pics to this right away and will keep posting as things are ramping up.
