2 lbs. Weyermann's Cara Red
8.oz Gambrinus Honey Malt
8 oz. Carapils,
8 oz. Crystal 10L Malt

60 Min .67 oz Perle
30 Min Tettnang 1/2 oz
5 Min Saaz (CZECH)
Yeast T-58

Well, it's the pooping log... delivers candy as long as you beat the log and sing songs... seems to play well into a red ale.
