here's an idea which I think shows some good use of basic items and a pump & a turkey fryer to brew small batches using Rhems tecnique.
i bought a used coffee urn instead of a turkey fryer. the fryer was difficult to obtain used and coffee urn/makers were plentiful.
was gathering the equipment to pull this off when i discovered BIAB and cancelled.......still think it viable......for small batches.
