I made red grape wine from fresh grapes and it stopped fermenting about a month and a half ago. When it finished the fermentation process I racked it but a month and a half later it is still not clear and the lees are getting to the bottom but very slowly and I barely see any progress. Almost half of my 25 lt demojon is still very cloudy. How much time do I have to leave it to sit in the demojons to get all the lees to the bottom. I dont wish to use any fining agents.
