Hi All,

I have a standard APA and wheat on tap. I wanted something fun/big and different.

I took a recipe that I brew every year (thanks to a friend's help) with good results and made some changes. This year I took out the crystal and added a small dose of special b/victory. It is a frankenbeer for sure but I am anxious to see how it turns out.

Any predictions?

I will keep posted and add pictures impressions of final product in a few weeks.

Here is a picture of the carboy after nearly 1 week. The smells coming from it are amazing! I will keep you all updated. Holding 68-69 degrees on fermentation temp.

Oh boy this is one delicious beer. I took a bit for a final hydrometer reading before putting it into a keg...My wife and I fought over this sample lol. Cheers!
