Thoughts on the below recipe? I am excited to experiment. So I went into my LHBS to try the BrewersBest Red Ale, they did not happen to have it so I decided to quickly google search some recipes and we took a combo of what they had on hand and what I saw in the recipes. Here we go:

6 LBS Light LME
1 LBS Briess Red Wheat Malt (Didn't have CaraRed)
11.5 OZ Crystal 60L
1.4 OZ Dingemans De-Bittered Black Malt - 500-600L

1 OZ Cascade 60min
1 OZ Cascade 15min
1 OZ Citra 5 Min

Wyeast American Ale II

OG 1.054
FG 1.013

I am considering pushing the Cascade and Citra back 15-20mins and doing another OZ of Citra at flameout.

3rd Brew so still winging it but having a wicked good time.
