Looking for some input, I do ebiab and recirculate the entire mash and boil I from kettle to pump to counterflow chiller and then back to the kettle so my question is should I worry about the water that is left in the cfc from the previous brew? I always run pbw and then rinsing thru the entire system after each brew day no matter what I do I know I will never get all the water out of the cfc, never even thought of this being an issue till now and haven't had any problems just wondering if it could become an issue thanks in advance

At the end of the brew day, I use my air compressor to push the water out. It may not get all the water, but it gets most of it.

At the start of a brew day, I push starsan through the coil, let is sit a few minutes, then push it out with fresh water. I start recirculating the boiling wort through the CFC with five minutes left in the boil. In between brews on the same day, I just rinse the coil with fresh water.

As per CGish's post above, on brew day push out any "standing water" with fresh water, and also start recirculating the boiling wort through the CFC with time to go.
