I've built my own recirculating mash tun - I'm trying to make a wheat beer and keep getting a stuck mash - total mash 23lb 19.5 wheat and 1/2 lb hulls. Any suggestions on how to keep the mash from getting stuck?
I think you need more malted barley. Let's get some more recipe info. You just can't lauter 24 lbs of grain which has no hulls, nearly regardless of how much rice hull matter you use.
