Just harvested this year's crop and ended up with tons of Nugget and Chinook. I've already brewed with the wet hops (Rye Pale Ale!), but I am looking for some recipe suggestions that are forward on the Nugget and Chinook to use with the rest of my whole cone hops that will be dehydrated. I typically do not use much Nugget, since it is a bittering hop. I'd love a few IPA/Pale Ale recipes that are forward on Nugget and Chinook! Open to suggestions!

I typically do not use much Nugget, since it is a bittering hop.

It's not just a bittering hop - it has a fair bit of aroma compounds, but a slightly weird oil profile with lots of linalool. So it's actually quite a useful hop to have around in a supporting role in the whirlpool/dry hop even if you wouldn't necessarily want to make a beer with just Nugget.

I wouldn't worry too much about finding a beer optimised for Chinook and Nugget, just sub them in to any old APA or west coast IPA kind of recipe. Or brew SMaSHes with them individually and then blend them to see what suits your palate as opposed to the taste of some random person off the internet.

They're both good candidates for biotransformation, which something like T-58 yeast is great at, although you wouldn't necessarily want a beer with 100% T-58 (not that it would be bad or anything, just a slightly acquired taste if you're not used to it) - it turns Chinook from grapefruit to lime.
