Hi,

I've put that together in Beersmith. Any thoughts on the grain bill?
(got the idea here)
I also wanted to know if the water volumes are looking right. I have not so much AG experience so far and I don't yet fully trust Beersmith as it did strange things in the past.

Thanks!

I trust beersmith totally. The problem you may have with it is getting the equipment setup correct. Once you dial in the equipment and mash parameters you are good to go!

doubt you need 2 packs of 04...just be sure to re-hydrate.

Maybe not but manufacturer said:
Fermentis: > 6B cells/gram for US-05 and S-04.

Just to be sure. :D

Would someone be so kind and go over the grain bill? First time tweaking a recipe. :drunk:

Put your trust in beer smith, seriously.
just make sure you dial in all your setup #'s (boil off, tun headspace, pot size, mash tun size...etc)
