I've got a few gallon ziplocks of quartered home-grown tomatoes and some odd bags of partially used malt extract, and I've heard that you can make BBQ sauce with malt extract.
I'm trying to look around, but a lot of the recipes I am finding are for marinades or pretty complicated sauces. I'd like something kind of basic that I can tweak later.
