Hi guys,

I am looking for a good combination of ingredients for my beer. Please if you have any recommendations on quantities as well (water in L, mash water L, whats to start with, etc, etc)
I have the following ingredients, whats would you recommend?
I am planning on doing 10L of final product. I have an inox oven of 17L, use copper serpentin to get it cold faster at the end of the boil. Use the same oven for boiling (after taking out the malt of course).
Sugar bottling.
I have a homemade mill (roller), planning to get wet the malt before.
Just purchased a pump (no false bottom so far). Never use it yet, planning to do so.
My idea will be for some American IPA (or whatever is good beer). All grain. Maybe adding some wheat (pre-cooked) for maintaining the foam.

Yest Safeale S-04
Cascade
Summit
Magnum
Hallertouer

Irish Moss

Pale Ale Malt (base malt)
Chocolate Malt 1200
Cara Gold 120 (few)
Munich (few)

Thanks in advance,
Mircea

Pale malt and a little 120 makes a very good base for Pale Ales or IPAs. Some Munich won't hurt either. When I formulate a recipe I try to use a successful established recipe. If I don't have the exact hops I substitute using hop substitution lists and recipe calculators like Brewer's Friend.
