This is fermenting now. Will I be able to drink this?

I think it is going to be an easy drinking beer. You are pretty much just using the D/LME to do all the work since you didn't steep any grains. Are you aiming for a Lager or an Ale?
 
Looks pretty decent. It will have good color but might lack body a bit, since it's all extract and the finished volume is 6 gallons.

From everything I can see though, this will be quite tasty! Let us know!

I think it will taste a little bitter, since you don't have much of other flavors.
It will be drinkable for sure.
