I purchased a Best Case Belgian Farmhouse Saison kit, and while looking at the recipe, it strikes me that there's not enough hops to keep this in style. When I run it through the various calculators, I get about 9.7 IBU. It's an 11L (3gal) partial boil kit. here's the recipe:

300g Munich Malt
400g Rye Malt
150g Flaked Wheat
3.6kg light LME

24g Czech Saaz (boil)
20g Hallertau Hersbrucker (finish)

Recipe stats
from vendor: OG 1048-52 6% alc/vol IBU 22
from calc: OG 1046 4.49% alc/vol IBU 7.08

I'm thinking that I could go 60g of Hallertau and get close to the right outcome. Also, if I add 500g of DME I'll get closer to the target OG, but that in turn drops the IBU.

I did go to the vendor's website, and my LHBS contacted them but all we got was silence.
