Recipe help

I made a cider last year that I loved but somehow I lost the full recipe and instructions. All I have left are some notes that said it took 5 gals. of cider and 4 pounds of sugar. I also remember needing to add yeast nutrient and I think something else. I think there was a long thread about the recipe and I can't find it anywhere. Does this sound familiar to anyone?

Pectin enzyme perhaps?
Or lactose for back sweetening?

Now that you mention it there was backsweetening at the end too. I have to search more, it was a popular thread I just haven't been able to find it.
