Looking for recipe critique of a Dark Wheat beer (w/ bit of smoke)
Using ingredients I have on hand, any suggestions welcome
Debating between crystal 20L and 60L.
Might add Rice Hulls

Batch Size: 11 gallons (fermentor volume)
