Hey Guys,
I am taking a stab at brewing something dark...like reaaaaal dark. I have never been a fan of Stouts that have mega bitter mega coffee taste. So i tried a chocolate stout and a chocolate porter and I was pleasantly surprised that I really liked it. So I dug around and was looking and some some bourbon porter/stout recipes. Decided I wanted something a little on the sweeter side, with chocolate, vanilla and some Bullet Bourbon with complex malt character. I have all the ingredients so let me know what you think. Am I on the right track? Brewing tomorrow.

So what say you? Not sure if this falls into stout or poter category, closest thing in Beersmith is either a weak imperial ale or a strong american stout.
