hey can someone break down this cider recpie for me? i want to make this one because it sound good but i cant really make total sense of it... he doesnt say if he boils the apple juice. then he has another list of ingreadents? just confused.

Cinnamon Dolce Syrup
2 cups of Brown Sugar
2 Cups of Water
2 Tbsp Ground Cinnamon
Boil till half the original capacity and voila
stoping the fermentaion with camden then adding brown sugar and 3 cans of concentrate its going to be sweet.
