So I did as suggested and hit up a friend of my wife who is a baker for some buckets. She was able to get get me a 3.5 gal one that should work perfectly for what I need. It's type 5 PP, and just looking to see if it is OK to ferment in. I know it's food grade as it had frosting in it. Any concerns otherwise?
