1 part the above 5 parts water, added yeast.
Added yeast too hot at first, impatiently waited for 35°c, added a bit more, stuck it in the airing cupboard
Smelled too yeasty for a while, that's eased off now, has a froth on top, so I'm hopeful
A really rough brew, it's how I like to roll
Got a banana beer almost ready too, looking forward to that, sample tasted potent
