I just started brewing and my beer has been coming out pretty thin and lacking body. So for my third batch I decided to try something different. I used two cans of Morgans Golden Saaz Pilsner (3.4kg in total) 500g of Light Dry Malt Extract, and 120g of raspberries. My OG was 1.051, not bad. I went to go rack it to the secondary today and how do I explain this. It's not just bitter, it's REALLY bitter, kind of like drinking espresso bitter. Plus I had these white floaty bits in it, I'm pretty sure that's just clumps of yeast though. Will this bitterness go away with time, or am I stuck with it? Could it be something worse, like an infection. (I've already had one infection due to my own stupidity, so I'm pretty paranoid now.)
