Hi, I´m currently brewing this Better Brew Export Lager but after that I want to experiment a little.
I am thinking of Coopers Real Ale and instead of dextrose or cane sugar I want to try Liquid unhopped Malt Extract in stead of sugar.
But somewhere I read that I need to balance out the taste of the malt and a good way to do that is to boil up some hop tea.

So my question is, will this recipe work out fine or do I need to change it in some way (too much hops maybe)?

For 23L (6gallon) mix:
Coopers Real Ale
Light LME 1.5kg (3.3lb)
100gr (3.5oz) hop pellets (have not decided on the type yet)

Just do a boil with your brewing water, the Light LME, and hops. Unless you are going for an IPA type beer 100 grams is overkill. Remember the Real ale is coming with an IBU of (pauses to look that up) 30.43 for the batch. Your gravity will be about the same for 1.5 kg of malt as it is for 1 kg of sugar, so you don't need to add those hops. If you do I would go with about 20 - 30 grams of Fuggles in the last 15 minutes of the boil.

Another help resource is the Coopers site, they have several suggested recipes. Just don't follow their process use the process described in the how to above and definitively don't ferment at the temps suggest on the coopers site. Keep ferm temp ~65F. http://www.coopers.com.au/the-brewers-guild/how-to-brew/introduction
