Does the book explain recipes and all the numbers and percentages you see in a recipe? I am reading John palmers book now he seems to explain it but I am just having a hard time understanding it all. Maybe a different perspective may help. I am new at this and do understand it takes a long time to grasp it all so I am trying to get ad much literature under my belt as possible. What other books would be helpful, thanks for the help
