Let me start with I am very new to the controller building world. I am thinking about building a CraftBrewPi controller or any other project that can be loaded onto a RaspberryPi. I've seen a few peoples builds and write-ups but still feel kind of lost. I'd like to have the option of running dual 10 gallon kettles with 240v Blichmann BoilCoils (I already have one kettle setup, need to drill/build the second one) and 2 pumps in a 3 kettle HERMS setup. I've compiled what I think to be a mostly complete parts list based on a build from one of the facebook groups. I plan on using a tablet to manage the controller over the network but one day might upgrade to the touchscreen. Could I get more experienced eyes to check over my spreadsheet to make sure I got the critical controller parts? Obviously open for feedback and suggestions.

Note - I just got my shed wired up with a new breaker panel to support brewing.

Looks good to me. I think you could easily make this a 240v panel instead of 240/120v without much changes, and would simplify wiring and likely lower costs a bit. Different power inlet. Different contactors to have 240 coil voltage. Power supply for DC pumps is fine.

I use node-red for mine. I'm a pretty hardcore tinkerer though. This is what I've put together: https://github.com/jangevaare/brew2

I've also used CraftBeerPi and Strange Brew Elsinore.

To each their own, but all the switches lights and buzzers are a waste of space, time and money if you're building a software based control box.
