I'm thinking about trying a raspberry chocolate mead using Vintner's Harvest
Fruit Wine Base in the 96 oz. can. I would like to start off with about 6 gallons. would this be too much or too little raspberry? Does anyone have any ideas on what kind of chocolate to use and how much? Next, what would be the best choice for yeast? I figure I can add honey till i get to around ? sg. Can anyone fill in the many blanks? Oh yea, would a couple vanilla beans work with this? Should i just stick to beer kits?
