They're fired out of hex barreled rail gun.

The one at the top splits out in four directions on impact.

I was in Hawaii a couple of years ago and there were people everywhere using these.

Me and my friend were talking about it and through the ramblings of the mind I came up with a new term for them: NARCIS-STICK.
