We're making a serious effort to limit our cheese consumption this year. Because eating cheese here requires eating a whole baguette and drinking a bottle of wine. So we're restricting the cheese to one meal per day. At the local covered market there are 2 cheese sellers, one makes goat cheese but sells cheese from all over France

God I love cheese, my wife is big on goat cheese, I like anything aged but I won't turn down many cheeses. Except brie, you can keep the brie.
