I have read on this and am still a little cloudy when some of you talk about racking the yeast and washing it.
I use a sanke keg for fermenting and have a SS tube I use for racking by introducing some C02 into the keg and starting the siphon. I have only racked one 10g batch from my fermenter as I just got into AG and fermenting on my own.....anyway
Can someone kinda give me an explanation of how to rack the yeast, store it without ruining it and ready it for reuse.
I normally use two vials of white labs which is not very expensive, but would like to know how you guys do it.
