Racking question

What's up everyone I just joined up and I am kind of new to making cider. I am fermenting one gallon jugs at a time. Can I rack them in the same three gallon carboy at the same time in different interval? Meaning can I rack a gallon a week into the same jug then let them secondary ferment together. Looking forward to your advice and/or finding out if I still have a lot to learn

Too much headspace and no more fermentation to create a C02 blanket is oxidation waiting to happen. You should rack them all at the same time to prevent having too much headspace.
