racking cane sterilization

My autosiphon is 23 inch long and the wallpaper tray I got is 22 inch long Is your stuff fits in your wallpaper tray?

The first tray I bought was too short also. Then I found one that was long enough.

I haven't seen anyone here suggest racking a bucket of diluted star-san. If you've got the solution mixed anyway you clean the portion of the cane that comes in contact with your brew as well as the inside of your tubing. I guess you could spray the top portion of your cane to be safe. Does that make sense?

I also added an ankle weight at the bottom to make it less tippy.
