I racked my first batch of Pikes ipa from Midwest. Since my last post when it was in the pail I push the lid down than I here'd a click than I got a little bubbling out of the airlock finally. When I racked it I toke a reading and it was a 1.020 but I don't thick I read it right it and the test sample was not all The way to the top of the tube Fg is supposed to be 1.011-1.012. But it will ferment more in the Carboy right?

It may continue to ferment in secondary. I would not recommend racking to secondary until your fermentation is complete. Leave it in primary until fermentation is complete meaning a stable FG over a couple of days. Then either leave it in primary a few more weeks so the yeast can clean things up or you can transfer to secondary, whichever you prefer.
