Hi,
Made an Extract Scottish ale and was happy with the amount of action during ferment. After 4 1/2 days, and when bubbling in the airlock was down to just under a minute, I transferred to my glass carboy ( I recently read that transfering with a slight bit of action still happening in the primary can be a good thing).
That was last night. This morning I checked and it looks like ferment has picked up again. I have a good 1" to 1 1/2" of krausen forming again.
I trust this is a positive?
Thanks,
J
