I kegged yoopers cream ale and house apa ( and dead guy clone) ( all have been hits thanks yooper!) I realized that the cream ale has been carbonating faster then the apa, there split by a T splitter so both have 13psi on em. I believe it's because of the gravity difference? I am just curious because its hard for me to wait for them to be carbonated completely. Thanks

I honestly don't know if there's science to back it up, but there's been enough anecdotal evidence presented in the various forums to confirm my own observations that there is in fact an inverse relationship between FG and speed of carbonation...

Cheers!

Yep, SG affects how fast CO2 is absorbed, and ABV actually has a small effect on how much CO2 can be absorbed at a given temp and pressure.
