Hi guys,
I'm new and I need help please.

Few weeks ago I bought quick carb and beer gun. I think they are very useful tools.
Now I need your help please because when I put the beer from the keg to the bottle I have a flat beer, may be low carbonated.
So I don't know if the problem it's the use of quickcarb or the use of the beer gun. May be the both...

Below my steps:
1) clean the keg, purge water from the keg, put co2 into the keg and purge co2
2) Trasfer the beer from the GF fermenter to the keg (beer temperature 4°C-39°F) with pressure transfer kit
2) Start to carbonated with quickcarb following the carb chart + 1psi for 40min
3) I left the keg for 1 or more days to rest into the fridge (4°C-39°F)
4) I transfer from the keg to the bottle with beer gun (around 5-6PSI)

Beergun steps:
1) put Co2 into the bottle for 3 sec (around 5-6PSI)
2) fill the bottle (around 5-6PSI)
3) put the Co2 over the foam (around 5-6PSI)
4) plug a bottle cap

But when I taste a beer from the bottle it's a low carbonated... and I don't know why because if I taste from the keg after the quickcarb work it's seems right carbonated.

I also have an question. When I use the quick carb and the beer gun I need to purge the keg from co2?

How many volumes are you carbonating to in reference to the chart? Are you hooked up to gas at the same pressure when you let the keg rest?
 
@yoop89 18 litres or 5 litres because I use to brew around 23 final litres... but for the next beer I'll brew 18 final litres so I can have a "perfect" keg.
No, I don't put the co2 when the keg rests.

Sorry if I wasn't clear I was asking how many volumes you carbed to. Carb charts usually give you a range of pressures at different temperatures that all cross to a given volume of carbonation. For example, if your beer was at 39°F and you set the pressure to 12 psi your beer should have been carbed to 2.5 vol approximately.

Also are you sure your keg is sealed well? A day of rest could be a problem and result in flat beer if its not holding.
 
@yoop89 oh man, I'm sorry! Yes, it's right... I usually used quickcarb with 12 psi pressure! Keg not holding, good question... I think so, but I can check it.
