Do I add plug hops in same proportions as pellets?

for non-pellet forms (plugs and flowers), I think you need to use something like 15% to 20% more than you would with pellets. The pellets pack more punch because they are ground up hops (hence, more surface area.)

Promash adds 10% more whole/plug hops to get the same IBUs as pellet hops. Adjust accordingly.
