Ive never made less than 5 gal. of mead at one time. So my question is, how long will it take to ferment one gal. of mead with one pack of the brewers yeast wine edition?
Maybe a day or so less than you are used to (which should be no more than about 14-21 days in most cases). The yeast reach maximal biomass without having to go through much of a lag phase, but beyond that it isn't faster.
