Just had a quick question for everyone:

I'm brewing a partial mash rye pale this weekend, and wanted to make more than my usual 2 gallon batch. Unfortunately, I can probably only boil around 2 1/4 to 2 1/2 gallons of wort on my stove. Would my beer turn out all right with 1 gallon of wort/1 gallon of water to make two 2 gallon batches? Or would it be too watered down?

Thanks! :mug:

Are you using any brewing software to calculate your recipe? If you get enough gravity in your boil, you could make it work no prob. This is the basic approach outlined in the joy of homebrewing.
