I've had my IPA in the primary for 3 weeks and a secondary for about 10 days. And, I wanna keg it. Can I?

I dont think the gravity is where it should be, and I will test it, but I'll test it on its way to the keg :).

I think it's done all its gonna do.

But, I'm not going to touch it until I get the go ahead from you folks in the "know".

So lie to me and give me the nod please.

Did you check gravity going into secondary? Your yeast should ferment out in about seven days with a proper pitch. I don't see it moving any further.

What did you dry hop with?

Your keg is not going to explode. Just do it. After that much time, it's done (unless it was cold) Of course you should check gravity, but what the heck.

IPA might not taste great that early. I found mine was best after a month or two, but that was in bottles.

I used the Northern Brewer IPA, no dry-hopping for this particular kit. But, when I racked to the secondary, it smelled ver, very hoppy!

;)
