My milk stout has been in primary for a bit over 3 weeks and I want to try kegging. I picked up a refrigerator that was converted into a kegorator from CL and hit my LHBS for misc parts to get it working for corny kegs.

Will my stout condition in the fridge while its carbonating?

Or do I keg it, put it under pressure, and let it sit at room temp for 2 weeks?

Thanks,
BB

get it in the 30's Hook it up to the gas and wait 3-4 weeks Milk stout in my experience takes a little longer to carb and condition.
