Quick,,,leak at regulator

I am throwing another keg on today and on the back side of the connection from the regulator to the tank I can feel a slight hint of cold co2 creeping out.

I have the white nylon washer in and have tightened the regulator on the tank as much as possible. I even put some teflon tape on the tank screw on.

The air is creeping out on the side closest to my 2 gauges, you know how the arm of the regulator moves independent of the regulator screw on.

I try to screw it on square, with the regulator pulled all the way back so the nylon washer stays flat, but there seems to be a tiny crack that co2 is seeping out on that backside.

any help please???

turn the big knob on top of the tank all the way to the right and leave it there until you can throw in another washer and try again. If that doesn't work, there may be something wrong with the regulator, not sure if you can bring it in to be repaired/inspected somewhere, but I'd shut the gas off until it's fixed. No point wasting a whole tank of gas.

the gas is off, the washer has only been used 6 times, it "looks"fine. when you screw on the regulator it should cinch the arm up nice and tight to it and I am getting that slow faint creep on that backside.

maybe I am just paranoid, I had the wife come out to the garage and feel and she said she felt nothing. She was like yes my hand feels cold air, we are outside in the cold garage. The soapy water spray showed nothing. I guess in a week I will weigh my tank and see what I got.
