Hi all. I kegged a pale ale about 3 weeks ago or so. Checked it last night and it tastes pretty good however I would like just a little more carbonation in it. It pours well and gives a lot of head, but not an obscene amount or anything, in the glass but it calms down after a minute. Should I just dial up another few psi or whatever and wait awhile?

After three weeks five gallons in a corny keg on CO2 will definitely have reached equilibrium.
Assuming you used some kind of carbonation table, chart, or calculator, the desired CO2 content should have been reached.

From your description it seems likely you're losing too much CO2 to head.
How long, and what inside diameter, are your beer lines?

Cheers!
