Pick your favorite IPA kit. Then add 4 oz of Falconers Flight hops in 15 minute increments thru the 60 minute boil starting at the beginning of the boil.

It came out great and the us-05 attenuated really well, my FG was 1.010 and 9% abv, half of the keg is already gone and it's only been on for about 10 days.

You could always get the Hop Bomb from Austin home brew. It advertises like 240 IBU's although thats not really possible.

I pay $0.86/lb for 2-row, $3.50/pk for US-05 and $9.45/lb for Warrior. So, that's a pretty cheap (but IMO boring) recipe.

If I remember correctly it was about $55 for everything at my lhbs, you can prob get the ingredients cheeper online.
