Quick Disconnect for Garden Hose to 1/2" male NPT

I am working to getting the fittings for my plate chiller, which has 4 male 1/2" NPT posts, and I can't seem to figure out how to get my water side hooked up. I would like the ability to run straight hose water through it, but in the summer time, switch over to using my IC in an ice bath prior to pumping water through. Anyone have experience with this?

I think I got it figured out. I'm gonna run a small length of hose with.one of those fittings to a camlock
