I have several beers in primaries and conditioning in bottles. They won't be ready for at least a month. I would like suggestions for an ale that I can brew that could be ready to drink quickly. Could be a session beer. Any suggestions?

Low OG, low IBUs, not a lot of complex grains or adjuncts. I am doing a small SMASH (well sorta its just extract), that I think will be in its prime very very quickly.

I did an american wheat that was ready in about 20 days or so.

Hefe's are quick. A week ferment and a week to carb. In my experience, a simple Brown will do the same thing. Better than Bud in about 2 weeks. Rushed, by most standards. But its good beer :mug:
