So now that I am brewing some drinkable beer (yay me !!:ban::ban:), I am finding that between myself and my neighbors , I am having a hard time keeping beer on tap. Can someone recommend a basic all grain that I can keg and carb quickly without it tasting "rushed". Any input is appreciated

You can make a lot of ales in 4 weeks from brew to carbed. 2 weeks to ferment and 2 weeks to carb. You won't be getting much quicker than that unless you want to let it ferment and clear for less than 2 weeks or force carb by shaking the keg. Both I don't recommend but doesn't mean you can't do them.

This assumes that you have good brewing practices...sanitation, right yeast count, fermenting temp is right on, aeration, etc.

Thanks all. I will be trying the Centennial Blonde. I was going to attempt a double brew day today but decided against it (rookie lol). I guess I just need to step up my game and get a few on the go over the next week or so and try to keep ahead of demand. My procedures and getting better which will help me to be more efficient as well.
Loving this website. Great bunch of people who are willing to help.
