Here’s what I am trying to do...
I am building a two kettle RIMs system and will have a stainless tee where one probe will be mounted (mash tun) and on the other kettle, a probe will be mounted to the front. I would like to use one cable to swap between the two probe sensors. For example, mash tun while mashing and then switch to the boil kettle for the boil. What do I need to buy? I would like to have an XLR connection. I am also using this on my Inkbird IPB16 controller so I will likely be acquiring an XLR to 3.5mm plug. I am doing it this way for when I upgrade my system later to 240V with a new controller.
