Hello I have just joined and have a question(s) about brewing lager beer
and whether anyone has tried (not lager style)
what the procedure is and what to watch out for or any where on the net I could get infomation
I have brewed ales before , and as I understand Lager yeast activate at a lower temperature Around 10 degrees
But Haven't come accross that much info as yet
