Hi all,
Right now out of a bunch of filled carboys fermenting, I have 2 Midwest Supplies "specialty beer" kits going. They are both a winter beer, and take a few months of fermenting plus a few for better tasting beer after being bottled. The ones I got were the Winter ale http://www.midwestsupplies.com/winter-ale.html and the Happy Holiday Brew http://www.midwestsupplies.com/happy-holiday-brew.html . I was wondering if anyone had brewed both of these and which one tasted better? Also anyone happen to know the % abv each of these kits come out to be? Mine won't be ready till end of November / beginning of December, and I would like to try to get another batch going here within the next month or so, because i've heard the longer it is bottled, the better it tastes.
Thanks a bunch.
