PVC or CPVC

I am building a mash tun and would like to know what is the difference between PVC and CPVC Im just curious of the pros and cons I see everyone saying to use CPVC but no explanation why thanks any help will be greatly appreciated.

Main reason is pvc is not rated for hot water it can release chemicals in hot water.

PVC is not suitable for hot water, CPVC is.

It's all pretty cheap...when in doubt use CPVC.
