Has anyone in the group ever made a clover and/or bee balm mead? Trying to guess on the right bee balm to clover ratio as bee balm is very nose and clover imo very tasty. Clover honey with the clover flowers would even out eith the bee balm? Anyone have opinions or insight on the bee balm to clover flower ratio i should use? I want this to be my first mead.
